Duties:

• Represent public and private employers in legal matters related to labor, employment, and education laws.
• Advise on workplace issues such as disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee relations.
• Defend clients against discrimination claims and assist in resolving employee disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations and guide compliance with employment laws.
• Draft and review employment contracts, separation agreements, and severance packages.
• Offer counsel on the interpretation and application of federal and state labor laws.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.

Education:
