Duties:

• Manage and execute all phases of intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Represent clients in federal court proceedings and hearings.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, discovery, and trial.
• Analyze technical documents and collaborate with technical experts to support case development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic legal counsel and updates.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly in patent cases.
• A background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is highly desirable.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state or eligible for admission in Washington, D.C.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with a State Bar.
