  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, discovery, and trial.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly in patent cases.
  • A background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is highly desirable.
  • Federal judicial clerkship experience is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state or eligible for admission in Washington, D.C.
