Job Overview

A law firm is seeking a highly motivated Employment Law Associate to join its team in Burlington, Vermont. This position requires 1-3 years of experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a self-starting work ethic. The Employment Law Associate will work with a team of accomplished attorneys to counsel clients on employment matters, draft and negotiate employment documents, and represent clients in court and administrative proceedings.

Duties

Requirements
