However, general civil litigation experience is also welcome. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential for this role. The annual billing requirement is 1,900 hours, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in labor and employment matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex employment issues.

  • Offer advice on legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement case strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license in the state of Colorado.
