Insurance Defense Attorney

A law firm in Wayne, PA, is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with 2 to 7 years of practice to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for representing clients in insurance defense litigation and providing comprehensive legal counsel. Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and paralegals as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state court procedures and rules.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
