Location:

Duties:

  • Work closely with partners and senior associates on Workers' Compensation defense cases.
  • Provide legal research and drafting for case preparation.
  • Engage in client communications and attend hearings as needed.
  • Develop skills in case management, litigation strategy, and client development.
  • Take responsibility for growing a caseload under guidance and mentorship.
  • Participate in firm-sponsored training and development activities.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Bar or have recently taken the Bar Exam.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of Workers' Compensation law.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar membership (required or pending).
