Job Overview: A law firm in Louisville, KY, is seeking an Attorney to lead a three-person team and manage a caseload primarily on vehicle accident injury cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing case strategies from intake to resolution while mentoring and managing the team to achieve excellent client satisfaction and results.

Duties:

• Lead a three-person team handling motor vehicle accident injury cases.
• Develop and execute case game plans from intake through final resolution.
• Mentor and manage team members to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
• Ensure excellent client service delivery throughout the case lifecycle.
• Demonstrate a competitive drive and eagerness to win for clients.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
• Strong research and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage people effectively.
• Experience in personal injury law is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
