Syracuse office of our client seeks a lateral business/corporate attorney with experience in corporate and business law. The candidate will work closely with clients to provide sound guidance on the legal realities the clients and their businesses face. Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving complex legal issues. Provide legal advice to senior management regarding various corporate and business matters. Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business agreements. Identify legal or contractual issues and develop innovative approaches to resolve complex issues. Manage multiple clients, matters, and legal activities that carry varying deadlines. Advise, guide, and mentor associates and law clerks. Should preferably have 5+ years of corporate law experience.
