Duties:

• Manage insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation cases involving professional liability, general liability, and D&O policies.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on complex insurance and reinsurance matters.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies and provide insights to clients.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to drive cases toward favorable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Solid understanding of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and D&O insurance.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to client work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
