Duties

• Draft and prepare key family law documents, including pleadings and correspondence.

• Independently manage family law cases from consultation to trial, maintaining responsibility for all stages of the legal process.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and staff, contributing to the overall success of the firm and its clients.

Requirements

• Active admission to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in family law.
• Proven trial experience, showcasing the ability to represent clients in court confidently.
• Strong written, analytical, and research skills to develop compelling legal strategies and documentation.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities for efficient case management.
• An existing book of business is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
