A boutique law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. The firm specializes in toxic tort cases, including issues related to slum housing, lead poisoning, and carbon monoxide poisoning, and is known for achieving exceptional results for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle toxic tort cases focusing on slum housing and related issues
  • Represent residential tenants in litigation against negligent property owners
  • Manage cases throughout the litigation process, from law and motion to trial

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes
  • Experience in law and motion, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Proactive, aggressive, and creative approach to legal practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in California

Skills:

  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage complex litigation cases
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
