Duties

  • Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Conduct legal research and apply findings to real estate investment funds operations.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
  • Meet deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including virtual meetings and computer-based tasks.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as needed to support the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
