Duties:Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to international trade laws and regulations.Work with U.S. Government trade agencies such as OFAC, BIS, Census, CBP, and DDTC.Conduct legal research and analysis on export control regulations, including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations.Assist clients with compliance issues and export licensing matters.Review and draft legal documents, including export control policies, compliance manuals, and license applications.Collaborate with clients and government regulators to address trade-related concerns and resolve disputes.Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations.
