Job Overview:

This role offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work from any of the firm's office locations or in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in general property and/or mineral title work within the energy sector. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title matters.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including title opinions and related agreements.
  • Provide legal guidance on property and mineral title issues within the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop strategic solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in energy transactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic record.
