Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction defect cases.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
  • Participate in case strategy meetings and client consultations.
  • Represent clients in mediation sessions and court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 1-6 years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on construction defect litigation.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
