Associate Attorney needed for Buffalo office

• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Stay current on legal developments and case law relevant to civil and insurance defense litigation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a preference for experience in insurance defense.
• Proven track record of managing complex cases and achieving favorable results.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
