Duties

  • Handle a diverse caseload in multiple legal practice areas such as estate planning, probate, criminal law, personal injury, municipal law, and civil litigation.
  • Manage legal matters independently while maintaining close communication with senior attorneys when needed.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for trial.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients and collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues.
  • Attend client meetings and court appearances, representing clients effectively.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure all client matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Participate in firm-wide strategic meetings and initiatives to contribute to overall firm growth.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively, with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to independently solve problems.

Education
