This role involves managing personal injury cases through pre-litigation, guiding support staff, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Duties

• Oversee a personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation process.
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Prepare legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards in all documentation.
• Provide guidance and supervision to non-attorney staff.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Bar license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in the state of Oklahoma.
