The position offers the opportunity to manage a caseload independently while working closely with an experienced partner for mentorship and professional development. Duties:

• Handle a First Party Property caseload from start to finish, including managing litigation and legal documentation.
• Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and receive mentorship.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide status updates and address concerns.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Ensure timely and efficient management of cases to meet deadlines and achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal setting (First Party Property experience is a plus).
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar Admission is in good standing.

Skills:

• Litigation experience, including handling cases independently.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in case management and legal documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
