Duties:

  • Prepare cases for trial, including trial calendar management and witness preparation
  • Maintain client relationships through effective communication and strategy development
  • Provide leadership and guidance to paralegals and support staff
  • Negotiate settlements and work towards favorable resolutions for clients

Requirements:

  • Licensed attorney with active membership in good standing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in subrogation or insurance defense
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage cases with limited supervision
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
  • Effective negotiation and litigation skills
  • Familiarity with legal research tools like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of licensure
  • Multi-state licensure is a plus
