Duties:

  • Negotiate and draft transactional and commercial documents, including leases, real estate purchase agreements, and asset-purchase agreements
  • Prepare and review partnership and operating agreements, as well as employment agreements
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel on M&A transactions and corporate matters, focusing on the dental and veterinary sectors
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to handle complex transactional work
  • Manage client relationships, offering tailored legal solutions for business matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, real estate, and general corporate law
  • Strong experience with transactional documents, including leases and purchase agreements
  • Ability to manage complex cases independently and handle multiple priorities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active bar license in good standing (Pennsylvania preferred)

Skills:
