The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in real estate and commercial transactions, with a strong background in handling closings and familiarity with operating agreements, joint venture documents, leases, and declarations. A current Arizona law license is required.

Duties:

  • Handle real estate transactions including closings for commercial and residential properties.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate title commitments, surveys, purchase agreements, easements, and other related documents.
  • Provide legal advice on real estate matters such as operating agreements, joint venture documents, leases, and declarations.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare legal opinions related to real estate transactions.
  • Represent clients in real estate negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and market trends affecting transactions and property management.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in real estate and commercial transactions.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing title commitments, surveys, purchase agreements, easements, and similar documents.
  • Strong familiarity with operating agreements, joint venture documents, leases, and declarations.
  • Current Arizona law license required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
