ERISA Associate Attorney

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an ERISA associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience in conducting due diligence in corporate transactions and drafting resolutions, agreements, retirement plan amendments and documents, and equity plans is preferred. Prior experience in ERISA or tax is also preferred.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials, keen attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, and enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting.

Areas of specialization are corporate transaction and litigation law with a concentration on local business matters. A team of well-established attorneys comprise the Houston office. They're hands-on in many professional and community service activities throughout the year. There are thirteen areas of practice.
