A law firm seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their growing legal team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex litigation cases, with a particular focus on personal injury law. Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research on complex personal injury matters.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs for ongoing litigation.
• Collaborate closely with the litigation team to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials to support the litigation process when required.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate complex legal concepts in clear, concise language for clients and team members.
• Maintain organized case files and manage case documentation effectively.

Requirements

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation (preferred).
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
