Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including litigation and arbitration.

• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility to practice law in Minnesota.
• 4-6 years of experience in insurance coverage law, including litigation and counseling.
• Proven track record of handling complex insurance coverage cases.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
