Job Duties:

• Open new files, create litigation plans and conduct discovery.
• Manage a large caseload efficiently while demonstrating effective leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Florida Personal Injury law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Effective leadership abilities to build and manage a legal team.
• Ability to interact empathetically with clients during difficult times.
• Determination to achieve optimal results and win cases.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
