Duties:

  • Manage and grow a personal book of business within Family Law.
  • Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients on family law matters.
  • Collaborate with other partners and team members to enhance the firm’s performance and success.
  • Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff to foster professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm's client base and service offerings.
  • Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, and domestic relations.
  • Handle complex legal issues, negotiations, and court proceedings with expertise.
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic planning and business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in Family Law.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a substantial client base.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior attorneys.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and team members.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Virginia (VA) bar membership in good standing.
