Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience. The candidate should have experience in handling matters from inception to conclusion in areas of general liability defense litigation, construction accidents, commercial, personal injury, condominium, and business litigation, representing both the Plaintiff and defendant. Must be proficient in legal research, drafting complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, and have experience in handling conferences, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Admission to the New York Bar for the NY office and the Florida Bar for the Florida Office is a requirement.

The candidate must have excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, be self-motivating, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
