  • Client intake and communication
  • Initiation of insurance claims and reviewing medical records
  • Drafting settlement demands and negotiating settlements
  • Reviewing settlement documents, filing complaints, and conducting discovery
  • Preparing for and attending arbitration hearings, mediations, and trials
• Handle a variety of personal injury cases, including:
  • Motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, insurance bad faith, dog bites, and product liability

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada
• Strong academic background with excellent references
• Exceptional writing and communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law school

Certifications
