The candidate will have the opportunity to fight for clients and progress cases from pre-litigation through litigation to earn the largest settlements and verdicts achievable. Will assist in case negotiation with opposing counsel. Manage litigation of cases A-Z. Take and defend depositions. Draft motions and complaints. Attend dispositive motion hearings. Carry own caseload. Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to the office. Must be Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. 1 year of experience in Federal Court preferred. Experience in mediation is required.
