Duties

• Represent clients in various commercial litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on case strategy.
• Assist in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Manage client relationships and communicate legal concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain a strong commitment to deadlines and handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, or matrimonial law is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey Bar license.
• The New York Bar license is preferred.
