Duties:

• Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Assist in the drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation
• Handle discovery and pre-trial matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to manage cases efficiently
• Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Arkansas State Bar (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of legal research and drafting experience (Preferred)
• Experience in litigation (Preferred)
• Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Arkansas Bar License (Required)
