Duties

  • Ensure compliance with real estate, title, and zoning laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of experience in commercial real estate law

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, transactions, development, and financing

  • Familiarity with land use and zoning compliance

  • Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska

  • Strong focus on client service and responsiveness
