  • Participate in negotiations and dispute resolution processes related to construction contracts.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience working on construction contracts, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proven track record of managing teams or leading projects in a legal setting.
  • Strong drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and communicate findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with the energy industry and understanding of client's business operations.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
