Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.
• Participate in legal research and assist with case strategy development.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings as needed.
• Utilize case management tools to organize and track case progress.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and utilize case management tools provided by the firm.
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership required.
