The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in trusts, estates, probate litigation, tax planning, trust administration, and related areas. They must have a portable book of business, strong probate litigation expertise, and demonstrated ability in oral and written argument. The candidate should also exhibit excellent research skills, high integrity, and professionalism.

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of trusts and estates law, including probate litigation, tax planning, and trust administration.
  • Represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and estate plans.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding estate planning and asset protection.
  • Manage a portable book of business and develop new client relationships.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
  • Develop strategies for resolving legal disputes related to trusts and estates.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal laws related to trusts and estates.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written argument skills in court and legal documents.
