Litigation Intake Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking a motivated Litigation Intake Associate Attorney to manage the initial stages of client cases, from intake to resolution. The role involves analyzing legal issues, negotiating on behalf of clients, and ensuring efficient case development and resolution.

Duties:

• Conduct initial client consultations and intake interviews.
• Analyze and evaluate legal issues specific to each case.
• Prepare and review demand packages and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Initiate and manage litigation matters under attorney supervision.
• Manage disbursement of client funds and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Texas and good standing with the State Bar.
• 0-3 years of experience in Personal Injury law preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
