Job Overview:

• Draft and negotiate trademark-related agreements, such as licensing and settlement documents.
• Collaborate with clients to address trademark disputes and protect intellectual property rights.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of legal experience in trademark law.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working at a law firm.
• Strong understanding of trademark law, including prosecution, agreements, clearance, and enforcement.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of New York.
