Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense matters, including case preparation and litigation.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal briefs, motions, and discovery documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Manage and organize caseloads independently while meeting deadlines.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and professionals in the firm.
• Participate in hearings and depositions, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
