• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely communication with clients.
• Gather evidence and interview witnesses to strengthen client cases.
• Develop case strategies and prepare clients for depositions or trial testimony.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in criminal defense law.
• Proven ability to handle complex criminal cases at state, local, and federal levels.
• Federal court experience is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
