Duties

  • Manage complex litigation cases related to cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
  • Oversee all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, client interactions, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to advance case strategies.
  • Conduct mediations, oral arguments, and work toward case resolutions.
  • Draft detailed legal documents, conduct comprehensive research, and provide strategic guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, particularly in cyber, data, or privacy law.
  • Strong academic credentials with a record of excellence in research and writing.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state where the desired office is located.
