A law firm located in Seattle is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney to represent both employers and employees in various legal matters. The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in employment law, with a preference for experience in conducting workplace investigations and advisory work. Superior academic achievement and exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

 

Duties:

  • Represent both employers and employees in a wide range of employment law matters.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle day-to-day workplace issues and disputes.
  • Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in employment law or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in employment law.
  • Prior experience in conducting workplace investigations and advisory work is preferred.
  • Outstanding academic achievement, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Membership in the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission.
