Duties

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial and verdict.
  • Draft and respond to legal motions with a solid grasp of litigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute persuasive legal strategies using extensive knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence.
  • Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 1 year in personal injury litigation preferred.
  • Proven experience in jury trials.
  • Active and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar.
  • Proficient in drafting and responding to motions.
  • Strong understanding of TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with support staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, take feedback, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico.
