Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the process
• Collaborate closely with paralegals to manage cases efficiently and deliver high-quality results
• Provide thoughtful, creative, and ethical solutions tailored to each client's unique needs
• Manage a caseload with attention to detail and deadlines
• Lead negotiations and work towards amicable resolutions for clients
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their legal journey

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado (CO Bar license preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience as an attorney, with at least 1 year in family law
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, pod-based team environment
• Commitment to helping clients navigate divorce with dignity and respect
• Strong work ethic and professionalism

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Colorado Bar license (preferred)
