  • Manage a caseload of 35-45 cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s legal team to develop creative solutions and provide exceptional client service.
  • Participate in firm-wide community engagement programs and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience (preferred).
  • Active Massachusetts Bar License, with no disciplinary actions (required).
  • Strong litigation skills with the ability to lead cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in plain language.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Reliable transportation to attend court hearings and client meetings as needed.
  • Commitment to ethical legal practices and client-centered representation.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
