Duties:

  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding personal injury cases.
  • Manage pre-litigation personal injury matters, including negotiating settlements.
  • Handle a high volume of cases, ensuring each is given the proper attention and care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in pre-litigation processes.
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and other paperwork related to case management.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
