Duties:

• Provide legal advice to clients regarding personal injury cases.
• Manage pre-litigation personal injury matters, including negotiating settlements.
• Handle a high volume of cases, ensuring each is given the proper attention and care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in pre-litigation processes.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and other paperwork related to case management.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case handling.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files throughout the pre-litigation process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
• Experience in personal injury law or pre-litigation matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to settle cases efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia (or eligibility to be licensed).
