Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on upstream and midstream energy transactions.
  • Proven track record in handling complex legal matters independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:

  • Certification in Energy Law or related field (preferred but not required).
