Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a social security disability attorney preferably with 5+ years of practice experience. The candidate will guide persons with disabilities and their families through the process of applying for Social Security Disability benefits, including appeals. Assist clients with the application process of applying for benefits. Review and analyze medical files. Prepare for and attend disability hearings with the Social Security Administration. Draft documents such as pre- and post-hearing briefs, appellate briefs, motions, affidavits, and correspondence. Represent claimants at hearings before Administrative Law Judges. Relevant areas of practice include Social Security Disability Law. Medicaid and Veterans Administration benefits experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in Washington State.

The candidate must have exceptional Knowledge of physical and mental impairments. Should have superior communication skills via online meetings, telephone, email, and in-person. Must be comfortable and proficient with technology and working remotely - MS Office Suite and time and document management software.
