Duties:

• Represent clients effectively during hearings, depositions, and mediations, ensuring their interests are prioritized.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progress and accurate documentation throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate closely with clients and the legal team to devise and implement comprehensive legal strategies.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines, even in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation is required.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven track record of working independently while managing multiple cases effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
