  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Travel within a 90-minute radius of Madison for court appearances, with occasional extended travel up to 2.5 hours

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation
  • Experience in family law, probate, and criminal defense preferred but not required
  • Active licensure to practice law in Wisconsin (Additional licensure in Iowa and Illinois is a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently and efficiently

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
